SIZE GUIDE FOR PLAIN WESTERN LEATHER GALLUSES

The size of our Plain Western Leather Galluses can be adjusted on the front by setting the buckle strap and on the back by adjusting the length of the elastic section. In total, these adjustments can result in a 6 inch range in the length of the suspenders.

To determine which size to order, take a tape measure and measure from the center of the back where the suspenders will attach to the pants, diagonally up over one shoulder, and then straight down the side of the chest to where the suspenders will attach to the pants on that front side. This is your suspender measurement in inches. Look up this measurement in the chart below to see which size to order.

Please note that our Plain Western Leather galluses tend to run several inches longer than some of our other western leather suspender styles. The lengths, in inches, are as follows:

There is some overlap in the potential lengths of each size. If in doubt, remember that leather may stretch slightly as it ages and order the size that will provide you with the ability to shorten the suspender in the future, while also providing you adequate adjustability when you first start wearing them. If, for example, your suspender measurement is 41 inches, you should order a medium rather than a large suspender.

All U.S. orders are shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). Rates vary by the number of items in your order. The estimated delivery timeframes by type of service are:

First Class Mail – 4 to 6 business days
Priority Mail – 2 to 3 business days
Express Mail – 1 to 2 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The USPS is our default service provider for international shipments. Rates vary by service and country. Many packages cannot be tracked and can be held up by customs. Estimated delivery timeframes for each level of service are:

HASSLE FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Assuming your suspenders are unsoiled and unworn (other than try-on of course!), we are happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. Simply follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip and mail them back to us either

If you are returning your suspenders because we made a mistake, call us at 800-393-4508 and we will send you the correct suspenders with a postage-paid return envelope.

If you simply want a different pair of suspenders, we ask that you pay the postage to return the suspenders. If your shipping address is within the U.S., we will ship your replacement suspenders to you for free. Or, for a $6.00 fee we will send you the new suspenders with a postage paid return envelope for the return item – just call us at 800-393-4508 to arrange.
