HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE - IT’S EASY!

We want you to be happy! Assuming your suspenders are unsoiled and unworn (other than to try-on of course) we are glad to make an exchange or issue a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Simply package the suspenders up and ship them back the address below, we recommend USPS because it is the most cost effective:

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Items must be in new condition, unworn (except to try on) and in original packaging.
  • Include clear instructions on how you would like to proceed.
  • Please include a copy of the packing slip or clear contact information.  This will include your name and phone number.
  • If it’s been more than 30 days since receipt, we reserve the right to refuse returns or accept it with a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us for details.
  • If you just want a different suspender, we ask that you pay the postage to return the suspenders to us and then we will ship out the replacement suspender to you for FREE.

OR

For a $6.00 fee, we will email you a postage paid label for the return item.

  • This does not apply for INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.

EXCEPTIONS:

- We will not issue refunds for damaged or soiled products that are returned to us.
- Shipping/Handling costs are not refunded if the order was processed and shipped to you unless the return was a result of the store's mistake.
