SIZING GUIDE FOR HORSEHAIR SUSPENDERS:
Because our horsehair suspenders are handcrafted, the sizing between individual suspenders of the same size can vary from suspender to suspender. Length adjustment can be made via both the front buckle strap and the back elastic strap. In total, there is about 8 inches of size adjustment available on each horsehair suspender. To determine which size to order, take a tape measure and measure from the center of the back where the suspenders will attach to the pants, diagonally up over one shoulder, and then straight down the side of the chest to where the suspenders will attach to the pants on that front side. This is your suspender measurement in inches. Look up this measurement in the chart below to see which size to order. For instance, if your suspender measurement is 46 inches, you should order a Large which will fit people with suspender measurements between 44 and 47 inches. While you could possibly wear a Medium, you would need to wear the suspender at its fully extended length. The Large will provide greater room for adjustment.
