HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE – IT'S EASY!
Make a Mistake? Change Your Mind? Wrong Size? Did WE Make a Mistake?
We want you to be happy! Assuming your suspenders are unsoiled and unworn (other than try-on of course) we are glad to make an exchange or issue a credit.
Simply package the suspenders up and ship them back to us via the USPS at:

- If your suspender attachments are clip on, be sure to close the clip and protect them for shipping either with a padded envelope or bubble wrap (Both are readily available at your local post office). Please do not use tape on the clips as this leaves a residue and we will not be able to issue a refund.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip (or clear contact information including your name and phone number) so we can find your order in our system.
- Include clear instructions as to how you would like us to proceed.
- If it has been more than 30 days or if you used PayPal and you want us to issue a credit, or if there is a price difference in the exchange merchandise requested, you will need to supply your credit card information or give us your phone number so we can contact you to get that information.
IF YOU'RE RETURNING SUSPENDERS BECAUSE WE MADE A MISTAKE, call us at 800-393-4508 and we will send you the correct suspenders with a postage paid return envelope.
IF YOU JUST WANT A DIFFERENT SUSPENDER, we ask you to pay the postage to return the suspenders to us. The USPS is generally the most cost effective way to ship your return to us; however if you prefer to use a different carrier such as UPS or FEDEX, ship your package to our street address shown above. If your shipping address is in the US – we will ship out the replacement suspenders to you for free. Or, for a $6.00 fee we will send you the new suspenders with a postage paid return envelope for the return item – just call us at 800-393-4508 to arrange.
- We will not issue credits for damaged or soiled products that are returned to us.
- Special orders are not returnable.
- Shipping/handling costs are not refunded if the order was processed and shipped to you unless the return was a result of the store's mistake.
