The problem isn't on our site, for if that were the case, we'd be out of business! But it's an easy fix.
It's what happens when either you have your browser set to not accept cookies OR are ordering behind what's called a "firewall". Most companies have a firewall on their computers, and many individuals do as well, and you might not even know it if you didn't set up your own system.
Online stores need to drop a temporary "cookie" into your browser so that it can "remember" that you ordered, say, a Brown widget even after you leave your shopping cart to go get a White one. You can either re-set your browser to accept cookies via your Preferences (you can set it to accept all the time, or just when it asks you permission, such as when you are shopping), or you can use another computer that does not block cookies. If the problem is a firewall, you'll need to ask your System Administrator how to get around it.
IF ALL ELSE FAILS, please feel free to call us: 410-987-4212! We'll happily take your order by phone.
