DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
HOW DO WE SHIP, WHAT DOES COST and HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? We use the US Mail (USPS). If you need your order for a specific date, such as a gift, a trip or a performance, please note your deadline in the "Comments" section of the billing page.
The Post Office tells us that delivery time for First Class (regular) mail is 4 to 6 days, and for Priority Mail, 2 to 3 days. They don't guarantee those times, but they're pretty good. And we normally ship same or next business day.
FIRST CLASS:
1 - 3 pair = $6.45
4 - 6 pair = $7.45
7 - 9 pair = $9.50
10 - 12 pr =$11.50
13 - 15 pr =$14.80
16 - 18 pr =$17.55
19 - 22 pr =$22.95
PRIORITY MAIL, add $1.30. Any package weighing more than 13 ozs goes Priority Mail.
WHEN DO WE SHIP? We normally ship same or next business day! If your order contains a style that's on backorder and re-supply is going to be more than a couple of days, we'll either send you the rest of your order and put your order back on hold for the out-of-stock, or we'll email you to see if you want to substitute something else.
NEED 'EM FASTER? We can ship your order Express if you need it sooner than the 2-3 day Priority delivery. To see whether the Post Office ships to your zip code overnight, or if it's a two-day delivery, go to the Post Office Express Mail commitments page and enter our shipping zip code 21108, and then your own. They'll tell you right away how fast they deliver the package. Or call us at 800-393-4508 and we can tell you.
If we can get your order into the smallest Flat Rate package (2 pair of 2-in elastic, 4 pr 1.5-in elastic, 8 pr. of 1-in elastic suspenders), the Post Office charge will be $19.95. We will get your order out to you same day if you let us know before Noon Eastern Standard Time.

Which is the quickest way to get your order shipped Express? Ordering online is the quickest way.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
CURRENCY CONVERSION: To determine the cost in your own currency, you might want to consult one of the many currency conversion sites on the web. We've found two good ones to be XE Currency and Yahoo Finance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST: For orders outside the continental U.S., we have an automated $19.95 charge, and they are normally shipped Global Priority from ZIP code 21108. That minimum shipping cost applies to any order that we can fit into the smallest Flat Rate package: 2 pr 2" elastic suspenders, 6 pr 1.5" Clip or Button, 10 pair of 1" wide Women's or Kids' suspenders, 2 pair Rugged Comfort. Leather suspenders cost more to ship because we can't squeeze them into that cheapest Flat Rate package. If the actual shipping cost is more than the automated minimum, the actual cost will be applied.
Because of the variations in international shipping costs, International orders can only be accepted ONLINE, and we will figure the actual cost before charging if your order doesn't fit into the smallest Flat Rate envelope.We will notify you if an additional cost is involved and ask your permission to charge that amount. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT MAILED-IN ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
DELIVERY TIME: The U.S, Post Office indicates that most packages take at least 7 to 10 days to be delivered to most countries, unless Customs takes it for random examination. We normally ship same or next business day and International packages normally go Priority Mail. Delivery within your country depends, of course, on your own national Postal system. We're sorry we can't get any more specific than that, but you might call your local Post Office to inquire from them how long it takes your specific locality to receive a package shipped from the U.S. See next note about possible Customs delays.

Some nations' Customs Offices hold randomly grabbed packages longer than others - Canadian Customs typically hold packages longer than other nations - and the duty charges vary widely from country to country.
